As the Co-Founder and CEO, he’s in charge of leading the Cribl herd––and by herd, we mean the amazing folks in product and engineering, sales and marketing, and the goats in G&A, too. Clint has led the company to record-breaking growth since 2018, including triple digit YoY customer and ARR growth, becoming one of the fastest infrastructure companies to surpass the $100 million ARR milestone, securing more than $400 million in funding from the world’s top investors, and transitioning Cribl to a multi-product data company for IT and Security. With a background at companies like Splunk and Cricket Communications, Clint has the battle scars of a seasoned practitioner, bringing his personal experience to better understand customer pain points and purchasing decisions. He’s not just the CEO, he’s a passionate product leader, a relentless customer advocate, and a lover (and teller) of baaad jokes.

This is Dritan. We call him D. D is the Co-Founder and head of product, where he leads our product management, product design, and technical guidance functions as well as our in-house innovation team, Cribl Zero-to-One. He’s known for incubating our newest products–like Cribl Edge and Cribl Search–and he’s focused on envisioning, building, and scaling our products to ensure customers’ needs are met. Getting a demo from D can be transformative. He turns the ordinary into the amazing, helping customers get more value out of their data and existing tools. He’s a technical leader who previously served as a Principal Architect at Splunk, and he has designed and implemented hundreds of deployments of large-scale multi-TB distributed systems. He’s also the keeper of The Board™–signage that he kept from Cribl’s first-ever event booth, which stays by his side and is covered with mementos from his Cribl journey.

Ledion is our CTO and Co-Founder. That means he’s the top goat in our engineering org, making sure we’re constantly shipping, always innovating, and never taking ourselves too seriously. He’s been at the forefront of launching our multi-product suite and brings an unwavering commitment to solving customer problems with a first principles approach (he might ask “Why?” five times, but that’s just to better understand the crux of the matter). Ledion has the cred(ion) as he has led the development of several enterprise products, including the introduction of Search-Time Schema and the design of Hunk and SmartStore while he was the Advanced Development Architect at Splunk.

Abby is a “been there, done that, have the t-shirt to prove it” type of leader, bringing more than two decades of experience to lead our Market team. Abby builds high performing teams focused on driving brand awareness and explosive customer acquisition, including Marketing, Customer Advocacy, and Business Development. She leads with data-driven initiatives, crafting compelling narratives that resonate and propel industry disruption. She brings a strong technical background, as well as leadership experience from networking and security companies like Extreme, Aerohive, and Juniper, so she understands how to passionately market innovative tech to IT and Security, and can dive deep into our products and the larger ecosystem. She can also dive deep (literally) as an avid SCUBA diver and lover of all water activities.

Emily Archer is Customer Advocate at Cribl. Backed by a solid technical understanding of telemetry data, she has a strong track record in building trusted relationships and capturing authentic customer stories, providing real-world insights into how people are leveraging their tools and data.

Glenn Block is a trailblazing product changemaker and equity advocate, known for reshaping how companies think about product development. With leadership roles at industry giants like Microsoft, Splunk, Auth0, and Uplevel, Glenn has built a career on creating products that are not only powerful and scalable but also intentionally equitable and user-centric. He has led product development for enterprise products used by hundreds of millions of users and platforms used by millions of developers.

Pedro is a senior security engineer at Siemens with over 15 years of experience in cybersecurity, including approximately eight years specializing in the SIEM space. He is passionate about detection engineering, automation, and actively engaging in security investigations and threat hunting. Beyond his professional pursuits, Pedro enjoys spending quality time with his wife and kids, reading, and occasionally playing video games.

Jonathan Buckner is Director of Performance Engineering with 16 years in IT, specializing in Splunk architecture, implementation, and performance optimization. At Leidos, he led large-scale Splunk and Cribl deployments. Recognized as a Modern Day Technology Leader, he holds multiple Splunk certifications. Jonathan enjoys guitars, mustangs, is happily married with a three-year-old daughter, and is a dedicated Georgia Bulldogs fan.

Scott is the Lead Security Data Engineer at ServiceNow, where he leads efforts on the Security Data Platform Engineering team. With a focus on data onboarding and security operations, Scott specializes in bringing data in and sending it where it is needed to support mission-critical priorities across the organization. His responsibilities span the management of Splunk and the rollout of additional cloud platforms, as well as supporting detection engineering, incident response, and monitoring functions associated with enterprise logs and security events.

Anna Casey is a Senior Staff UX Researcher at Cribl, often joking her role is part detective, part therapist. She works closely with product, design, and engineering to truly understand our users' unspoken needs, ensuring our products don't just function, but deliver value and genuinely improve their day-to-day lives.

I’m a Site Reliability Engineer at Cribl, where I’ve been for 4 years. Based in Japan, I led efforts to build observability from the ground up—establishing robust monitoring, alerting, and runbook practices. I'm passionate about observability, platform and performance engineering, and helping teams scale reliably through strong observability principles.

With over 35 years of experience designing and developing hybrid products, Robert De Leon Jr. serves as a Data Engineer at Capital Group Companies. As a systems engineer, security and networking expert, and cloud and hybrid solutions architect, he brings deep expertise in programming, systems and product design on Linux platforms. Robert is recognized for driving innovation in systems automation, cloud migration, and data routing. His work leverages big data technologies such as Hadoop, Kafka, Splunk, and Cribl to enhance efficiency and scalability, with a particular focus on engineering secure, resilient architectures and architecting Cribl solutions. Outside of his professional pursuits, Robert enjoys woodworking, welding, Texas BBQ & hot wings, and rap music.

Scott DeMoss is the head of data plumbing for Moody's cybersecurity detection and response program. He got his start grepping logs with Perl and regex back in 2000. His data journey began in earnest working as an engineer in the early days of online travel before ultimately pivoting to a technical sales role where he helped customers use their data to make better decisions faster. He would rather be fishing, but it doesn't pay well.

Steve is a security minded technologist who strives to deliver valuable solutions at the most cost-effective price point. At Optiv, he is responsible for engineering many of the Managed Services product offerings available to clients today including SIEM, EDR, and Optiv's MDR offering. Prior to Optiv, Steve worked for Bayer as their Head of Detection Platform Engineering with a primary focus on cost reduction strategies related to logging. He also operated as a Sr. Security Professional Services Consultant for Splunk specializing in advanced Splunk and Enterprise Security (SIEM) engagements.

Eric Fontenot is an IT Infrastructure Architect at the City of Austin and has been developing data driven solutions to common business problems in the public sector for eight years. His journey to Cribl was spurred on by an on-premise to cloud SIEM migration, and he has been creating desired results for business partners ever since.

Hi, I’m Chris Greer, and I focus on helping organizations make sense of their telemetry data through smart, scalable observability solutions. At NETbuilder, I’ve delivered over two dozen Cribl implementations—each one tackling unique challenges across different industries such as finance and global communications. I’m looking forward to sharing practical insights from the field and exploring how Cribl and OpenTelemetry can work better together.

Nick Heudecker leads market strategy and competitive intelligence at Cribl. Prior to joining Cribl, he spent over seven years as an industry analyst at Gartner, covering the data and analytics market. With over twenty years of experience, he has led engineering and product teams across multiple successful startups in the media and advertising industries.

JP Lumsdaine is an observability engineer with over a decade of experience designing and managing enterprise-scale logging systems. At JCI, he builds robust data pipelines that power real-time insights across security and operations. He’s a storyteller at heart, especially when the story is told in logs.

Hi, I'm Kishore, a Staff Site Reliability Engineer and the first engineer hired in Australia. Currently, I'm the only team member based here. I'm passionate about building reliable and scalable systems. My primary responsibility is ensuring our cribl.cloud environments remain up and running at all times. With a background as a developer turned SRE, I focus on driving innovation and excellence in cloud infrastructure while maintaining strong software development practices.

As an Afghanistan War veteran, Michael Kushma learned how to solve complex problems in the harshest of conditions. As a consultant with over 12 years of experience, Michael lends his incredible attention to detail, love of problem solving, and extensive technological expertise to nonprofits, private companies, and multiple federal agencies with the goal of improving organization efficacy. In his free time, he also enjoys playing and developing video games and doing escape rooms!

Rick is an experienced security professional with over 20 years of experience in the cybersecurity, IT, and consulting spaces. Rick is currently a Sr. Security Engineer focused on security architecture and engineering, cloud security, and Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) for the University of Pittsburgh.

Giovanni Mola is a Product Manager with ten years of expertise in the IT and Security industry. He is passionate about all things data and enjoys bridging the gap between technical and business requirements, driving successful product launches, and fostering strong customer relationships.

Hi, I'm Dan Moran and my journey with NETbuilder spans over six years, a good chunk of which has been dedicated to getting hands-on with Cribl. With over 20 Cribl projects under my belt, I've seen firsthand how Cribl transforms data operations. I'm keen to share what I've learned from those real-world applications and connect with fellow enthusiasts.

This is Przemek. His real name is Przemysław, but since nobody can quite pronounce that correctly, he makes everyone’s life easier by going with the shorter version. As part of the broader SRE organization, Przemek leads the Observability & Reliability function for Cribl Cloud, managing a world-class SRE team across North America, Europe, and APAC. He’s the calm in the chaos during incidents, the architect behind key internal solutions, and the go-to person for anything from deep ERD reviews to scalable, software-driven systems.

Chris is a Senior Staff Customer Success Engineer at Cribl. With 10 years experience in the industry between IT/Server Admin, Software Dev, NPM/APM, and enabling customers to deploy enterprise software at scale, he's bound to have a few nuggets of information to share!

Seasoned technical manager with nearly 25 years of experience in IT, specializing in automating systems across mainframe, legacy mid-range, and public cloud environments. Currently focused on the security of AWS and Azure infrastructure at Siemens, Scott also has deep expertise in the architecture and administration of distributed Splunk environments and automation. Passionate about securing public cloud environments, Scott is also dedicated to implementing containerized security solutions and services in Kubernetes environments to ensure robust and scalable protection.

Alex Sherer is a Staff Customer Success Engineer at Cribl. He has technical expertise in Splunk, Devo, and databases and uses those skills to ensure customers are getting the most out of their software. As a self-proclaimed “nerd from Texas,” in his free time you can find him playing video games or enjoying electronics, both big and small.

Merrick Smith is a cybersecurity engineer at Johnson Controls, where she specializes in security automation and data-driven defense strategies. With a talent for transforming complex security challenges into scalable, automated solutions, Merrick plays a key role in keeping JCI ahead of both auditors and adversaries. Outside of work, she’s passionate about mentoring the next generation of security professionals and exploring open source intelligence.

Grant has spent over 12 years as an engineer working within data centers and the public cloud.  He has focused on automating large, complex environments and diverse technologies at scale.  His experience across the private sector, state, and federal government gives him a comprehensive approach to overcoming difficult technical challenges.

Nick leads product management for Cribl's flagship product Cribl Stream as well as the Cribl.Cloud platform, Edge collection and Data Lake product strategies. He has 10 years of experience in enterprise data management with a deep background in IT, Security and Observability data.

Steve Tieland is an accomplished Information Security Leader with extensive experience in managing security and risk programs. He currently serves as the Senior Director of Security Operations at Pegasystems, where he leads an international team of security analysts and engineers. Steve holds multiple certifications, including CISSP, CCSP, CISA, CIPM, CISM, CGRC, GSEC, GCIH, and GPYC, and earned a Master's degree in Cybersecurity from Georgia Tech.  More importantly, he has been using Cribl for 3 years and is a certified Cribl User and Administrator.

Imran Umar is a Senior Vice President at Booz Allen who oversees cyber defense solutions for zero trust (ZT), infrastructure modernization, and security operations. These solutions are designed and built to enable organizations to efficiently and effectively adopt a resilient ZT architecture and transform their cyber defense operations. Imran and his team are focused on accelerating mission outcomes for DOD, federal civilian, and intelligence clients. Imran has led major Zero Trust efforts including DISA Thunderdome, an Advanced Zero Trust Solution for the Department of Defense.

Micah VanFossen is a Security Analytics Engineer at H2L Solutions. He works to defend against threats by obtaining, extracting, and utilizing relevant data to detect, hunt, and inform strategic decisions in tasks involving SIEM and CTI. He’s worked securing critical infrastructure, cloud, weapons vehicles, and everything in between. He holds a Master's degree in Cybersecurity and a list of top industry certifications, however, the real differentiator in his career has been his passion to learn, create solutions, and educate others. He is a firm believer in resourceful education and the power of curiosity and desire for improvement.
