The Cribl Goats have done it again! Among 70,000 companies and 15 million ratings, Cribl is honored to earn four more Comparably awards recognizing our company culture, based on employee reviews. This week, Comparably announced that Cribl has won awards for Best Company Outlook, Best Places to Work in the Bay Area, Best Engineering Teams, and Best Marketing Teams. These awards are a testament to the culture that our employees are building every day here at Cribl––we’re constantly shipping innovative products that deliver value to our customers, and we’re having a lot of fun doing it.

• Best Company Outlook – #7: The Best Company Outlook award reflects how confident Cribl employees are in the future success of the company, as well as their likelihood to recommend working here to a friend.
• Best Places to Work in the Bay Area: While we are a remote-first company, Cribl was founded in San Francisco and has a large number of Goats in the Bay Area. This award demonstrates our focus on employee well-being and work-life balance.
• Best Marketing Teams – #8 and Engineering Teams: The awards for Best Marketing Teams and  Best Engineering Teams highlight the talent and dedication of Cribl’s employees in these crucial departments. These awards measure employee workplace experiences in 16 different metrics, including compensation, leadership, co-workers, work-life balance, career growth, perks & benefits, and more.
