You would need to direct them to the Pack Dispensary, instruct them to search for the Pack by name, and hope they could locate it quickly. Alternatively, you could attempt to add ?query= to the end of the Dispensary URL with the Pack name and cross your fingers that it worked. This was particularly frustrating when trying to identify which Windows Pack a colleague was referring to, as typing “windows” in the search bar (at the time of writing) could yield 14 different variations.
