Where we came from
Cribl was founded to solve a simple but painful problem: telemetry was exploding, but the tools to manage and search it were rigid, expensive, and siloed. IT and Security teams were forced to choose between visibility and cost, and every investigation meant jumping between fragmented systems and more vendor lock‑in.
We started by giving customers a better way to route and shape telemetry, so they could keep more data, send it to the right places, and stay in control of their strategy. That quickly evolved into a broader vision: build the vendor‑agnostic telemetry platform for the AI era—one that makes every signal searchable and usable for investigations, wherever it lives.
Today, as AI transforms how organizations work, that vision matters more than ever.
