We need the feedback that only you can give us. By joining Cribl's UX Research Panel, you'll partner with us in early R&D, helping shape the new features and products we're exploring. At Cribl, always being customer-first shapes everything we do, especially how we build our products.
There's only one requirement: you use Cribl products in some way to get your work done. You don't need to be an admin or a power user—or even have years of experience. We value input from every user to create software that truly meets your needs.

Research Methods
Discovery research helps us understand your challenges. In these sessions, we focus on you-exploring your use case, workflow, and expectations. Sessions may cover general or specific topics, diving into your current experience and future needs.
Concept research is about testing ideas before we start building. In these sessions, we explore how well these early designs address your needs. We do this by using low-fidelity design prototypes to help us communicate the concept and ask you questions to help us evaluate our ideas.
Cribl's UX team will be at CriblCon and Cribl PitStops in 2025 with opportunities for you to participate in search in-person. Stay tuned for more details!

Recent product improvements informed by UX Research
Based on feedback from users on their early experience with Cribl (1-6 months after sign-up) we have made improvements to the sign up flow and product experience for new users. Now Cribl customizes our accelerated on-boarding workflows to your intended use of the product helping you get up and runnng faster than ever.
