Forbes Names Cribl as One of America’s Best Startup Employers 2023

And we’re honored to be recognized by Forbes as one of America’s Best Startup Employers 2023 with a top 10 ranking!

Not all awards are created equal, and this recognition by Forbes is particularly meaningful because it’s based on extensive data research and social listening analysis. Forbes partnered with Statista, the leading statistics portal, and industry ranking provider, to identify the Best Startup Employers based on three criteria:

1. Employee Satisfaction: Measured through employee retention and reviews on the employer brand.
2. Employer Reputation: Company-specific algorithm-based text analysis categorized as positive, neutral, or negative, extracted from social media channels, news sites, blogs, etc.
3. Company Growth: Comprehensive evaluations of website traffic, headcount growth rates, and job openings.

Out of over 11,000 companies evaluated with over 7 million data points analyzed, the final list recognizes the top 500 companies, including Cribl at #7.

Cribl earns Great Place to Work certification!

We’re also very proud to share that Cribl is now certified by Great Place to Work! This award is based entirely on what current employees say about their experience working at Cribl. This year, 97% of employees said Cribl is a great place to work––40 points higher than the average U.S. company.

According to their research, employees at certified workplaces are 93% more likely to look forward to coming to work, and are twice as likely to be paid fairly, earn a fair share of the company’s profits, and have a fair chance at promotion. Job seekers are also 4.5 times more likely to find a great boss at a certified great workplace.
