The Best Places to Work is an awards program presented by the San Francisco Business Times and the Silicon Valley Business Journal that honors remarkable companies validated by their employees. We are beyond excited to have made this list! Our rankings were determined by surveys that went directly to Cribl Bay Area employees who answered a series of questions about their experiences working at Cribl.
The survey asks employees to rate their company for values like culture, compensation and benefits, and transparent management practices. As we’ve grown to over 340 people in the last five years, we’ve focused on maintaining a healthy culture where the goats at Cribl have a place they can thrive as we grow rapidly. The results of this survey validate that we’re on track with building a great place to work.
As we’ve scaled our company to help more customers unlock the value of all of their observability data, we’ve leaned on our values to drive decision-making for product decisions, compensation decisions, benefits, hiring, and much more.
