Startups Program Terms and Conditions

Overview

The Cribl for Startups Program is sponsored by Cribl, Inc. (the “Program”). The Program is governed by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms and Conditions”). By applying to and participating in the Program, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Program Period

The Program begins January 24, 2024 and runs indefinitely. Cribl may extend, shorten, or terminate the Program in its sole discretion.

How to Apply

  1. Follow the instructions on the application form hosted by Cribl.

  2. Complete the application and submit for consideration for admission to the Program.

Participant Selection

Participants will be considered on a first come, first served basis based on Cribl’s sole discretion. Participants will be notified within 30 days of their acceptance via email from Cribl.

Benefits

  • Credits to Cribl Cloud: Participants will receive free credits to Cribl Cloud, in an amount to be determined by Cribl. Participants use of Cribl Cloud is subject to Cribl’s Terms of Service located at https://cribl.io/legal/terms/ and subject to these Terms and Conditions.

  • Access to the Cribl network: Participants will receive access to Cribl’s community platforms and network.

  • Publicity: Participants will have the opportunity to participate in customer testimonials regarding their use of Cribl Cloud.

Limitations

  • Participation in the Program is non-transferable and non-assignable.

  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in Cribl’s Terms of Service, Participants do not receive support services or professional services as part of their use of Cribl Cloud.

  • Participants cannot use Cribl Products to develop products or services that are competitive to any Cribl product.

  • Participants cannot modify Cribl Products, create derivative works from Cribl Products, or reverse engineer any part of any Cribl Products unless permitted by applicable law.

  • Participants cannot use Cribl’s trademarks, service marks, trade names, or logos, or any logo, graphic, sound, or image of or from Cribl or any Cribl Product without prior express written permission from Cribl.

  • Cribl may terminate, suspend, or amend the Program, without notice, and for any reason.

  • Cribl, in its sole discretion and at any time, reserves the right to disqualify or suspend any participant if it finds the participant is acting in violation of these Terms and Conditions or Cribl’s Terms of Service.

Publicity

By participating in the Program, each participant grants Cribl permission to use his/her name and title, likeness, company name and logo, comments, and data related to the participant’s use of Cribl Stream for publicity purposes, including for testimonials, without payment of additional consideration, except where prohibited by law.
