Amazon Web Services hosts Cribl.Cloud and processes Customer Personal Data related to Cribl.Cloud and Cribl’s other products and services.

Atlassian Pty Ltd (Jira) hosts Cribl’s issue-tracking system related to providing, supporting, managing, and improving Cribl’s products and services.

Auth0 provides authentication services and processes Customer Personal Data related to Cribl.Cloud and Cribl’s products and services, including Cribl’s Cribl Curious, support portal, Pack Dispensary, and partner portal.

DocuSign provides electronic document signature services used to execute agreements between Cribl and some customers using Customer Personal Data.

Google hosts Cribl’s email and office software applications used to communicate with customers, potential customers, partners, and other individuals.

Marketo manages the collection of cookies and other information used in Cribl’s products and services and processes Customer Personal Data from information collected through Cribl’s products and services.

Looker provides analytical services and processes Customer Personal Data related to Cribl’s analytics activities.

Metronome provides billing services and processes Customer Personal Data related to Cribl’s products and services, including Cribl.Cloud.

Navex Global, Inc. provides incident management services that Cribl uses for its whistleblower reporting system and processes Personal Data of persons who submit tickets to that system and elect to provide Personal Data instead of submitting tickets anonymously. Navax also provides sanctions checks on customers, vendors, and other persons and entities with whom Cribl doesbusiness as required by applicable law, and processes Personal Data of such persons and entities to the extent needed to check applicable sanctions lists.

OneTrust provides privacy, security, and governance services, including the detection of all first and third-party cookies and the consent provided to use cookies.

Outreach provides customer management services, processes Customer Personal Data related to Cribl’s business relationships, and integrates with Salesforce.

PagerDuty provides incident and support services, processes Customer Personal Data related to incidents and support tickets, and integrates with Salesforce.

Planhat provides customer success management services, including onboarding and upsell experiences for Cribl and customer personnel, and processes Customer Personal Data related to Cribl’s business relationships and customer account activities.

Qualified provides communication functionality in Cribl’s products and services, and processes Customer Personal Data related to Cribl’s business relationships.

Salesforce provides customer management services and processes Customer Personal Data related to Cribl’s business relationships and customer support activities.

Segment provides integration services that connects customer data across different data sources and is used to manage Cribl’s business relationships and analytics activities.
