Lisa Nielsen

Lisa is Cribl’s Chief People Officer, and she heads up our talent acquisition, people operations, total rewards, and talent success teams. She’s most focused on bringing in and developing great goats and creating a place where everyone can do their best work. We’ve gone from dozens of employees in 2020 to more than 600 in 2024, and Lisa brings her experience as a people leader at high-growth SaaS companies like Amplitude and Looker to help us build and scale our culture.
