Cribl’s Culture Celebrated with Four Comparably Awards

As Cribl wraps up a busy, momentous year – one that saw new funding, product launches, the return of in-person tradeshows, and expanded partnerships – it feels appropriate that we get to mark the end of 2022 by celebrating what matters most: our people and culture.

Today we’re excited to share that Cribl has received four new awards from workplace culture site, Comparably, for our outstanding company culture. Cribl was selected out of 15 million ratings across 70,000 companies, winning top honors for Best Company Culture, Best CEO, Best Company for Women, and Best Company for Diversity.

Receiving any award is an honor, but these accolades are particularly special because they’re voted on by employees.

Comparably Awards is an annual series highlighting the best companies and CEOs in 16 different workplace culture categories throughout the year. Since launching in late 2017, the awards have always been based solely on sentiment feedback provided by current employees who anonymously rated their employers on Comparably.com during a 12-month look-back period (November 2021 through November 2022). The Best Company for Women and Best Company for Diversity awards are based exclusively on the feedback received by female employees and employees of color, respectively.

Earlier this year, we received Comparably Awards for Happiest Employees, Best Compensation, and Best Perks and Benefits. Beyond our workplace recognitions, we received numerous awards this year for our technological innovation, including CNBC’s Top Startups for the Enterprise, 2022 CRN Cloud 100, and 2022 CRN Big Data 100.
