Monitoring is ubiquitous, with basic infrastructure level visibility across every server, container, network device, and more. Join Cribl CEO Clint Sharp at Monitorama as he discusses AppScope, a new open source project which aims to make observability as ubiquitous as monitoring.

AppScope is a new form of black-box instrumentation that provides metrics and logs from any Linux binary, regardless of the runtime, delivered in open formats to existing tools simply by prepending `scope` to the command. This talk will walk through AppScope, why it exists, how it works, and show with heavy amounts of live demos how AppScope can give application-level visibility to every application.
